Why Manuka Honey?

Manuka honey’s antibacterial properties are what sets it apart from traditional honey. Methylglyoxal is an active ingredient and expected to be responsible for these antibacterial effects. Furthermore, Manuka honey has anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, making it the best natural choice to help build a strong & protective immune system.

Why Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for maintaining good health and strong body function. It is an antioxidant and supports the immune system.

Unfortunately, our body doesn’t produce vitamin C, so we must  source it from our diet and because Vitamin C is water it means our bodies passes it through and does not store it  so we  need to ingest foods with vitamin C on a daily basis to maintain the amount  our bodies require.

Vitamin C is found in many fruits and vegetables, including oranges, lemons strawberries, kiwifruit, kale, and spinach.

Why Propolis?

Propolis in its pure form, comprises of hundreds of botanical compounds. Together, these form a complex chemical matrix that combine to produce its unique medicinal qualities such as, bio-flavonoids, vitamins, minerals and organic acids that can help build immunity and fight off nasty infections.

DISCLAIMER:

These teas are good for helping the body build immunity & recover, but they don’t replace medical advice or attention by any means.
