Manuka Coconut Granola

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

(use gluten free oats for gluten free granola)

1½ cup fav nuts and/or seeds

1 tsp fine-grain sea salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup Kai Ora manuka honey

2/3 cup dried fruit, chopped if large

  •  Add dry oats, nuts, seeds & dried fruits into oven try (line with baking paper)
  • Warm Manuka Honey and Coconut Oil in microwave. Then add cinnamon & vanilla essence.
  • Pour honey 🍯+ oil mix over dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  • Bake until golden brown!

 (totally option additional mix-ins: ½ cup chocolate chips or coconut flakes)
