This sauce with Kilpatrick Oysters is L I F E! Also was a hit with Homemade Focaccia Bread, Dukkah and Olive Oil.
I have waited to get my hands on this liquid gold. As a chef/cook having such an amazing product to work with is hard to come by. I love pairing the Balsamic with kai moana (seafood) Oysters, Tio in particular and with wild game meat such as wild pork and venison. Look no further if your wanting to elevate any simple dish to create a mouth watering masterpiece. I can not recommend this product enough.
