All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Additional charges for express shipping may apply (see shipping).

If you are outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Sorry, but we cannot cover that cost for you.

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept PAYPAL which accepts all major credit cards. You do not have to have a PAYPAL account to pay through this system.

bank transfer

we do accept payment by bank transfer. Please quote your order number and your name. Once we see payment clear we will process for delivery.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer our account details are below.  Please deposit the total invoice amount to:  BNZ - Kai Ora Honey Ltd 02-0336-0039478-00

Please use your name and order/invoice number for your reference. We will send you confirmation once payment has cleared and your item/s have been dispatched. Payment needs to be received within 7 days of your order or your order will be cancelled within our system.

is it safe to shop online with my credit card?

Yes, we use Shopify which is an international shopping cart platform which offers fully encrypted security for all information passing over this online store. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

From time to time Kai Ora Honey may make special promotional offers including but not limited to price discounts, multiple purchase, percentage off discounts.

These offers are made purely at the discretion of Kai Ora Honey Ltd and can be withdrawn at any time. The nature of these offers, the timing of these offers and the terms associated with these offers are also purely at the discretion of Kai Ora Honey Ltd.

No discount will be applied retroactively. Unfortunately that sometimes means that a customer may pay more for an item if they purchase before an offer is public or after an offer ends. Please do not request special treatment in this case.
