Ingredients:
250g wheel of Brie
1 small kaffir lime leaf, finely sliced into slivers
1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 tsp Kai Ora Mānuka Honey
2 tsp Kai Ora Mānuka Honey Garlic & Rosemary Infused Oil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
1. Carefully score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern. This allows the flavors to infuse into the cheese. Place the
scored Brie in a small ovenproof dish.
2. Sprinkle the Brie with the finely sliced kaffir lime leaf and chopped red onion. Then, drizzle with Kai Ora Mānuka Honey and
Kai Ora Mānuka Honey Garlic & Rosemary Infused Oil.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the Brie is golden and oozy in the middle.
