Southern Style Chicken Breasts
Salad of your choice, we used cabbage, carrot, cucumber and lettuce
Kai Ora Caramelised Manuka Chilli & Lime Dressing
3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Rewarewa Honey
Place all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk until combined. Leave to the side.
Bake your chicken on a tray in a 180 degree oven for around 20 mins or according to packet. While your chicken is cooking, assemble your burger toppings. We've just done a simple salad, but the great thing about burgers is that you can load them up with your toppings of choice. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, beetroot, avocado, bacon, egg, go wild and have fun.
Toast your burger buns, and then spread each bun with the Honey Mustard Mayo, place cooked chicken breast on top, dress your salad with a generous splash of our Kai Ora Caramelised Manuka Chilli and Lime Dressing, and add the top bun and you are done.
