2 cups fresh salad greens
2 ripe pears
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pomegranate arils
Kai Ora Caramelised Manuka Balsamic Dressing
Place salad greens, parmesan and almonds in to a large salad bowl and toss gently. Just before serving add sliced pears and drizzle over the Mānuka balsamic dressing, then sprinkle over the pomegranate.
Swap out the parmesan for your favourite cheese, such as a creamy feta, or even a soft blue cheese. Or add a delicious crunch with some toasted nuts such as walnuts or cashews. Roasted peaches or nectarines also go well in lieu of pears.
